Phil (He/Him) is the Project Support Officer for EQUAL. He also supports BTEG's wider projects, including Routes2Success and Moving On Up.

Prior to this, he was Office Manager at the Family Support Group and, for ten years, Learning Manager at the London Voluntary Service Council, providing over 300 courses per year.
